Can we visit the center before enrolling?

Yes, please reach out to inquire about scheduling at 402-379-6711.

Do you have a waitlist, and how does it work?

Yes, it is a first come, first serve basis. If we have an opening for the age of your child, we will reach out to you via email and phone, and give 48 hrs in order to respond. If we do not hear back from the parent within that amount of time, we will move to the next child of that age. You would remain at the top of the waitlist, and not lose your spot, and will be the first contacted for the next opening. 

Are meals and snacks provided, or should we send our own?

We provide breakfast, lunch and two snacks.

Do you offer part-time or flexible scheduling?

No, not at this time.

How do you address allergies and dietary restrictions?

A form needs to be filled out by the child’s doctor, and Northern Hills will accommodate the needs. Please note our kitchen is not certified gluten or nut free.

What are the fees and payment options?

We accept state subsidy payment or self pay. Payments can be made through the parent portal, or given cast or check. Please reach out to discuss rates.

What is your curriculum or educational approach?

What is the teacher-to-child ratio?

This is different based on the children’s age in the classroom. Northern Hills follows Nebraska state guidelines for teachers-to-child ratios.

Do you provide transportation?

We do not have transportation available at this time. If you have a child enrolled with us, you will receive any updates on this service as we continue to develop this piece and more information becomes available.
